1. No Refunds 

As a store specializing in made-to-order furniture, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been customized or made specifically to your preferences. These made-to-order pieces are tailored to your unique specifications, and we are unable to restock or resell them to other customers.

2. Returns for Damaged Items

While we take every precaution to ensure the safe delivery of your furniture, there may be instances where items arrive damaged due to unforeseen circumstances during transit. In such cases, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. To be eligible for a return and replacement due to damage, please follow these guidelines:

a. Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect your furniture upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage, please make a note of it on the delivery receipt or packing slip and contact our customer support team immediately. Damaged items reported after delivery may not be eligible for return.

b. Contact Us: To initiate the return process for a damaged item, please contact our customer support team at Support@fourthandfrou.com within 1 day from the date of delivery. 

d. Replacement or Repair: Depending on the nature of the damage and product availability, we will either offer a replacement of the damaged item or arrange for a repair. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund for the damaged item.

3. Cancellation of Made-to-Order Items

If you wish to cancel a made-to-order item before it has entered the production phase, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Cancellations made after production has begun may not be accepted, and the cancellation terms may be subject to additional fees.
